Led the HR function in a well structured organisation
He/She MUST also have held a Senior manangment position in Finance or other core areas of the business.
Minimum of 15years experience
Minimum requirement of a Bachelor’s degree.
MBA, MA, or equivalent, in Human Resources, or any related course while not requisite will be an added advantage.
CIPM, CIPD qualified or other HR Certification (SHRM-CP etc.) desirable.
