QUALIFICATIONBSC/BTECH/HND in Estate ManagementCRITERIA
Minimum of 2 –5 years working experience.
Knowledge of Basic Computer Software operation – use of Microsoft Word, Ms Excel, Ms PowerPoint & Ability to surf the internet.
Age must not be more than 35 years.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure effective management of properties under the firm’s management portfolio e.g revision of rent as at when due in line with market trend prior to consent of the Principal Partner, regular collection of rent from tenants as at when due and also attend to property management routine maintenance.
Ensure the firm is registered with all the banks, financial and other related institutions for valuation retainership. Maintain cordial business relationship with allied professional, corporate organizations, property companies, mortgage/financial institution with a view to getting jobs and be able to negotiate the best for our clients at all times
Source for new management properties at least ten (10) properties per quarter, Source for valuation jobs of all kinds from banks, financial institutions, corporate bodies, etc.
Generate ideas that will lead the firm to development an be more creative in bringing innovation to the company.
