Description:Responsibilities
Identify key areas for improving the sales process
Attending meetings with the sales team
Working on account management plans of the sales account managers
Spotting market opportunities for new customers.
Attending weekly/monthly meetings with other senior members of the business.
All aspects of recruitment and selection for the sales department.
Attending industry events and conferences to generate new business leads.
Motivating the sales team to achieve the best results possible.
Setting activity and revenue targets for members of the sales team
Building and Managing key accounts and customers
Requirements
BA/BS degree or equivalent
Proven ability to drive sales process form start to close
Proven experience meeting and exceeding sales targets
Excel proficient and ability to work on an ERP system
Has managed a team in the past
Sales experience in FMCG or Pharma market 5 to 10 years in Nigeria
Demonstrated experience training sales teams
Demonstrated experience building and managing sales processes
