Oversee a comprehensive range of critical duties, including the management of daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity while maintaining high standards of quality. Provide support in overseeing daily store operations to maintain seamless functionality and efficiency.
Oversee inventory levels to ensure accuracy and efficiency while collaborating on stock-taking initiatives to maintain precise records.
Responsibilities include receiving, thoroughly inspecting, and accurately documenting all incoming stock deliveries to ensure completeness and quality standards are met.
Ensure that all products are systematically organized, clearly labeled, and attractively displayed for optimal accessibility and customer appeal.
Monitor inventory levels to ensure accurate tracking of stock movements, promptly identifying and reporting any discrepancies or shortages that arise.
Accurately maintain inventory records and store documentation to ensure precise tracking and reporting of stock levels and operational data.
Prepare periodic inventory and operational reports with diligent support.
Address customer service needs by responding to inquiries and ensuring customers are connected with the appropriate department or representative.
Maintain a consistently clean, organized, and safe store environment at all times.
Help execute established company policies and operational procedures in alignment with organizational objectives.
Requirements
A bachelor’s degree or its equivalent—such as an OND, HND, or B.Sc.—in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a closely related discipline is required.
With one to three years of relevant professional experience or recent academic graduates eager to begin their careers, we welcome applicants to consider this opportunity.

Effective communication and strong interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
Possesses a foundational understanding of inventory and stock management principles.
