Responsibilities

Manage branch operations
Coordinating/liaising with maintenance vendors e.g Generator, A.C, and Electricals.
Ensuring tidy ambience of the branch at all times
Prepare regular reports of the status branch equipment
organizing fittings and any responsibility assigned by the HOD

Requirements

Proven work experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator or similar role
Solid knowledge of office procedures
Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)
Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail
BSC/HND in any relevant discipline; a degree in Estate Management or a previous role in facility management or Administration is a plus.
