As part of helping Client to achieve growth that we search for a Sales Manager for our client in the Confectionary Industry.

The Sales Manager would facilitate the team’s activities so as to maximize their performance and the solid and long-lasting development of the company. .
Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
Determine annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results
Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products
Maintain sales volume, product mix and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators and competitors
Plan to ensure achievement of divisional and personal target, aligning with company sales policies and strategies
Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements
Manage, develop, coach, control and motivate the sales force to develop their skill to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and monthly sales target and KPI target are met
Provide on-the-ground support for sales associates as they generate leads and close new deals
Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company’s relationship with them
Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key demographics
Continually assess current business distribution channels, develop and evaluate their performance and manage conflict
ensuring alignment with territory plans
Contacting potential customers to arrange appointments & resolving any sales related issues with customers.
Completing the administrative needs of the Sales Department.
Accurately analyzing and assessing statistical data.

Qualification and Experience

Great educational background/ BSc/BA/HND in business administration OR the fields of computer science or
engineering.
Relevant field; certification in sales or marketing will be an asset
Applicable experience or successful track record with minimum 3 years’ experience
Excellent internal communication skills
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
experience as a sales coordinator will be an added advantage
