Job Summary
We are in search of a seasoned Warehouse Manager to lead daily warehouse functions, oversee inventory control, and direct staff activities.
The successful applicant will be responsible for maintaining optimal storage conditions, managing stock levels effectively, and ensuring prompt dispatch of goods.
Oversee a comprehensive range of duties encompassing strategic planning and operational execution to drive team performance and project outcomes. Develop, implement, and monitor workflows, policies, and performance metrics to ensure alignment with organizational objectives. Lead cross-functional collaboration to facilitate seamless communication and resource allocation, fostering an environment of accountability and continuous improvement. Serve as a pivotal liaison between senior leadership and operational teams, translating high-level directives into actionable initiatives. Additionally, evaluate and optimize processes to enhance productivity, reduce inefficiencies, and maintain compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
Oversee warehouse personnel and ensure the smooth execution of daily operational tasks.
Oversee the maintenance and tracking of inventory levels and stock records to ensure accurate documentation and efficient supply chain operations.
Ensure that all goods are stored and handled in accordance with established protocols to maintain their integrity and safety.
Oversee the management of receiving and dispatch operations to ensure efficient handling of goods and materials.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and operational guidelines at all times to uphold the highest standards of performance and compliance.
Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, along with a minimum of three years of professional experience in a comparable role. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools is essential, as is the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required to assess complex situations and develop effective solutions. Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal, are necessary for collaborating with team members and stakeholders. Prior experience in project management or leadership is preferred.
Established expertise in overseeing and optimizing warehouse operations is required, with a demonstrated track record in logistics and inventory control.
