Oversee a comprehensive range of duties encompassing core operations, strategic planning, and team leadership to ensure organizational objectives are met efficiently. Design instructional materials that meet established curriculum standards and educational objectives.
Engage students in dynamic discussions and activities designed to cultivate critical thinking, foster lively debate, and promote active civic engagement in the classroom.
Evaluate student progress and adjust teaching strategies to address the varied learning requirements of each student.
Promote inquiry-driven education and foster dynamic engagement within the classroom environment.
Track and assess student performance while offering constructive feedback to both parents and school leadership to support academic development.
Engage in ongoing professional growth opportunities and contribute to the advancement of school-wide programs and initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS
A bachelor’s degree in Education or a related discipline is required.
Preferred candidates will have prior experience in tutoring or classroom instruction.
Proficiency in contemporary instructional technologies and digital learning platforms is required, along with expertise in advanced teaching strategies that enhance student engagement and learning outcomes.
