Key Responsibilities
Grow customer base
Assist merchants with purchase of products reports
Assist users with sales issues
Process requests to ecommerce systems through third parties.
Act as administrator to manage eCommerce systems.
Provide guidance and training on systems and the credit card deposit process.
Maintain spreadsheets that track revenue, merchant accounts, and completion of orders.
Assist with tracking order completion within the system.
Work with courier service to ensure speedy delivery
Requirements
The Marketing Officer must be an OND/HND graduate in any discipline (Preferably marketing), with at least 2 years of experience in general marketing and eCommerce.
Person must be able to support the administrator in the processing of accounting operations as well as all tasks relating to buying/selling and invoicing.
Entry Requirements:
An ability to sell
Basic accounting and budget management
PC literacy (MS Office)
Hands on experience with excel
Good knowledge of ecommerce
Excellent organizational skills
Strong communications skills
Must be Social Media savvy
