Mimi Interiors seeks an adaptable Site Supervisor to manage our premium residential and commercial fit-out projects with precision and expertise on location.
Oversee and execute a range of critical duties, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and operational excellence. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive projects forward, resolve challenges, and maintain high performance standards. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance productivity, efficiency, and overall effectiveness. Monitor progress, analyze outcomes, and adjust approaches as needed to meet or exceed established targets. Serve as a key liaison between departments, fostering clear communication and seamless coordination.
Artisan & Subcontractor Management: Oversee teams of carpenters, painters, tilers, electricians, and plumbers while ensuring adherence to stringent quality standards through coordinated supervision and rigorous enforcement of quality control measures.
Inventory & Material Control: Responsible for receiving, logging, and monitoring all premium materials delivered to the site. Implement measures to minimize waste, deter theft, and optimize the use of available resources.
Monitor project progress by aligning daily tasks with the established schedule. Identify and address potential delays promptly, while resolving operational bottlenecks to maintain workflow efficiency.
Maintain a work site that is consistently clean, free of hazards, and safe for all personnel.
Responsibilities include conducting thorough inspections of completed installations by comparing them against design drawings to proactively identify and resolve any discrepancies prior to project handover.
Prepare and submit structured daily updates on progress, accompanied by site photographs and material logs, to the Operations Management team.
The position necessitates a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in [relevant field], along with a proven track record of [specific skill or achievement].
