The Assistant Service Centre manager will assist the Service Centre manager in the operations of the Service Centre.Duties
Assist the Service Center Manager (SCM) in the daily operation and oversight of the service center
Assists with or performs administrative tasks
Responsible for inventory, labor management and financial performance of the service center.
Become familiar with Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S) compliance and other policies and procedures
Provide superior customer service leadership team to optimize their development.
Help maintain a clean, well-organized service center and facilitate a safe and secure working environment
Skills Required
Possess a strong customer service focus.
Some knowledge of organization management principles and practices for service operations.
Minimum of 1 year work experience in the same role
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Outstanding organizational and time management skills
