As a Planning Executive, your role will involve orchestrating, scheduling, and overseeing designated projects as well as maintenance initiatives to ensure seamless execution and alignment with organizational objectives.
Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of duties including strategic planning, project management, and cross-functional team leadership to drive organizational goals. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and performance metrics to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with industry standards. Analyze market trends, assess risks, and identify opportunities to enhance productivity and profitability. Collaborate with senior management to align initiatives with business objectives and foster a culture of innovation and accountability. Monitor team performance, provide constructive feedback, and facilitate professional development to maintain high standards of excellence.
Deliver meticulous planning, seamless coordination, and flawless execution of all designated projects.
Compiling and overseeing material requisitions essential to project execution is required.
Prepare detailed project reports, documentation, and strategic plans for clients, ensuring thoroughness and accuracy throughout each phase.
Deliver projects on schedule while maintaining the required quality and standards without compromise.
Collaborate with clients to establish and clarify project requirements, scope, and objectives for both project implementation and ongoing maintenance activities.
Assist in conducting field project execution inspections, as authorized by either the Project Lead or Planning Supervisor.
Gather and compile all essential documentation required for accounting-related job completions.
Execute any supplementary assignments delegated by the Project Lead or Supervisor as deemed necessary.
Ensure full compliance with the organization’s occupational health and safety (OHS) policies and established guidelines at all times.
Collaborate with the Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Coordinator to help examine documented incidents, including near-misses and accidents.
Requirements
A relevant Higher National Diploma (HND) or Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in any academic field is required.
A minimum of one year of practical experience in a related field is required.
Candidates must possess a strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities are essential for this role.
A strong ability to deliver results promptly while maintaining meticulous organization is required.
Proficiency in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) principles constitutes an additional asset for this role.
