HR Executive – Learning & Development (Ellae Training Academy) E -learning Developer

Job Description The HR Executive will work in partnership with the management to provide a comprehensive set of services, advice and support to Ellae Employees. The HR Executive will work proactively to ensure employees are able to deliver their work accountabilities effectively through advising, coaching and provision of appropriate tools, as well as supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives. This will involve:

Support with building a positive work culture
Improving and maintaining employee engagement
Delivering appropriate people solutions
Providing advice and support with Health and Safety and Wellbeing
Advice on best practice, processes and legislation
Providing staffing solutions
Minimising risk to the business
Recruitment and selection
HR Administration
HR Management
Compensation and benefits.

ResponsibilitiesDesign and delivery of Learning & Development interventions for Ellae Training including:

Content Development, Training Management and Implementation.
Manage the entire gamut of Ellae Training Learning and Development function including learning design, development & delivery, LMS design & management.
Develop learning and development strategy and objectives and framework to support continuous learning in the Ellae Training Academy
Develop and track student development goals
Lead training need analysis, prepare the training calendar, create relevant programs and modules, and conduct training for all student levels.
Own and head leadership development, content & design, learning technologies function with the complete responsibility of adaption and execution of all new learning initiatives
Planning and implementing the L&D Strategy for the Ellae Training Academy with major focus on student development
Periodically assess the competitiveness and effectiveness of all programs and practices against the relevant comparable companies, industries and markets.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree and a minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in HR and a minimum of 2 years in a training/development leadership role.
