ABOUT THE ROLE

Page seeks a dedicated Learning & Development Analyst committed to fostering people development and organizational growth. The ideal candidate will assist in designing, organizing, implementing, and assessing learning programs throughout the company, while actively contributing to the execution of Page’s learning and talent development strategy.

This position offers a valuable opportunity for a junior professional to develop a comprehensive understanding of corporate learning, performance management, talent development, and employee advancement initiatives in a dynamic fintech organization. The successful candidate must demonstrate a strong eagerness to learn, exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a steadfast dedication to fostering employee growth and peak performance.

Oversee and execute key operational duties. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance organizational efficiency. Lead cross-functional teams to achieve departmental objectives. Monitor performance metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies. Collaborate with stakeholders to align projects with business goals. Provide guidance and mentorship to team members to foster professional growth. Maintain accurate records and documentation for auditing and reporting purposes.

Organize and conduct internal training sessions, workshops, and educational programs to enhance workforce skills and knowledge.

Assist in developing training materials, presentations, and educational resources to enhance learning experiences.

Monitor training attendance and ensure the integrity of learning records and reports.

Oversee the administration of learning records, training databases, and relevant learning platforms as required.

Conduct learning surveys, assessments, and evaluation forms to gather comprehensive data and insights.

Collect, evaluate, and present training feedback to drive ongoing enhancement efforts.

Conduct comprehensive assessments of training requirements by collecting and evaluating learning and performance metrics to identify key development opportunities.

Help assess and address skill deficiencies and educational needs across various teams to enhance overall performance and development.

Analyze performance metrics and employee feedback to develop targeted learning initiatives.

Offer comprehensive logistical assistance for training sessions by managing venue arrangements, tracking participant attendance, and ensuring all necessary resources are prepared and available.

Facilitate the seamless integration of new team members through structured onboarding and orientation initiatives.

Provide support for the execution of learning and talent development initiatives.

Develop and present regular reports summarizing training engagement, completion metrics, and the overall impact of learning initiatives.

Assist in managing and enhancing learning processes and systems to ensure their effective administration and ongoing advancement.

Execute additional responsibilities that contribute to the broader Learning & Development strategy.

Candidates must possess a comprehensive understanding of industry-specific concepts and demonstrate proficiency in relevant technical or operational skills to perform the role effectively. Essential qualifications include a strong educational background in a related field, along with practical experience that aligns with the position’s demands. Additionally, familiarity with specific tools, methodologies, or regulatory standards may be required, depending on the role’s scope.

A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Psychology, Education, Business Administration, Manpower Training and Development, or a closely related field is required.

Seeking candidates with 1 to 3 years of practical experience in Learning & Development, Human Resources, Talent Development, Training Coordination, or closely related fields.

Proven commitment to advancing Learning & Development initiatives, fostering talent growth, enhancing employee development, and optimizing organizational effectiveness.

Demonstrated expertise in utilizing the Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong emphasis on Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Demonstrates proficiency in interpreting data and compiling concise reports and presentations.

Possesses exceptional organizational and coordination abilities, enabling efficient management of competing priorities with precision and adaptability.

Proven ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively, both in speech and writing.

Exceptional interpersonal and teamwork abilities, demonstrated through the capacity to cultivate productive relationships and seamless collaboration among diverse teams.
