A seasoned Valve Technician is required to support our team throughout an extensive valve greasing initiative scheduled during the Shutdown period.

Conduct routine and preventive maintenance activities, such as greasing operations, on an extensive array of valve types, including ball, gate, globe, butterfly, and check valves.
Responsible for overseeing the procurement, maintenance, and tracking of all tools and equipment within the organization, ensuring optimal functionality and availability. This role involves supervising inventory levels, coordinating repairs, and implementing efficient distribution systems to meet operational demands. Additionally, the position requires maintaining accurate records, conducting regular audits, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills are essential, along with proficiency in inventory management software to streamline processes and enhance productivity.

Profile
A high school diploma or its equivalent is required, with preference given to applicants holding a technical certification in mechanical or industrial maintenance.
A minimum of six years of hands-on experience as a valve technician, ideally in an offshore setting, is required.
Skilled in inspecting, servicing, and lubricating valves, with a solid understanding of diverse valve designs and their functional mechanisms.
Certified proficiency in offshore safety and survival training, such as SOVIET and DUET, is essential. Additionally, possession of relevant trade certifications pertaining to valve systems is required. Strong adaptability to offshore environments is necessary, with demonstrated capability to perform tasks involving climbing, lifting, and operating within confined spaces.
