Job Summary:
We seek a proactive Graduate from Engineer Trainee (GET) to support our SAP Finance team, specializing in S/4HANA Cash Management and Treasury solutions. The successful candidate will receive structured training and mentorship to develop expertise in key business processes, including banking operations, liquidity management, and cash processing, as well as their configuration and enhancement within the SAP S/4HANA environment.
Oversee a range of critical responsibilities, including the development and implementation of strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and drive organizational growth. Serve as a key liaison between departments to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment with company objectives. Conduct thorough performance evaluations to assess team productivity and identify areas for improvement. Lead and mentor cross-functional teams to foster a culture of accountability and innovation. Develop and maintain comprehensive reporting systems to track progress against established KPIs and strategic goals. Ensure strict adherence to compliance standards and regulatory requirements throughout all processes. Collaborate with senior leadership to shape long-term business strategies and execute high-impact projects.
Provide support for the deployment, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of SAP S/4HANA Cash Management modules.
Acquire practical experience in managing cash positions, forecasting liquidity, overseeing bank account administration, and facilitating bank communication protocols.
Provide assistance to business users regarding routine cash operations, reconciliation of bank accounts, and assessment of liquidity.
Support system implementation and enhancement initiatives by conducting data validation, performing rigorous testing, and facilitating user training sessions to ensure seamless adoption and operational efficiency.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Treasury, and IT, to capture and document business requirements while developing comprehensive functional specifications.
Learn and provide support in the configuration and deployment of Fiore applications associated with Cash Management, including but not limited to Manage Bank Accounts, Cash Position, Liquidity Forecast, and Bank Statement Monitor.
Manage master data related to banks, bank accounts, and business partners while ensuring seamless integration with financial accounting (FI), controlling (CO), and treasury management (TRM) modules.
Conduct comprehensive system testing, including Unit, Integration, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases, while also developing detailed test documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Provide support for treasury dashboard reporting and analytics through SAP Fiore and embedded analytics solutions.
Demonstrates a robust skill set and key competencies, including strong analytical abilities, effective communication skills, and proficiency in relevant software tools. Exhibits adaptability in dynamic environments, exceptional problem-solving capabilities, and a keen attention to detail. Requires a minimum of three years of relevant experience, with a proven track record in project management or a related field. Must possess leadership qualities, teamwork aptitude, and the capacity to meet deadlines under pressure while maintaining high-quality output.
Demonstrates foundational knowledge of finance, accounting, and treasury operations.
Proficiency in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems is required, with a preference for experience using SAP, though it is not obligatory.
Proficient in analytical reasoning, problem resolution, and the preparation of comprehensive documentation.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for effectively collaborating with business and IT teams.
Demonstrates a strong commitment to mastering SAP S/4HANA Financials and Treasury solutions.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience, along with proficiency in [specific software/tools].
