DescriptionOur client is looking for a Warehouse Operations Management who will oversee the entire warehouse operations which also includes all receipts and dispatches to all user departmentsThe brand is rapidly growing and as a result there is increase in their supplies and to service their consumers. In order to meet with that demand, the Warehouse will receive an increase in stock and they require a dynamic, forward-thinking and competent Warehouse Manager to ensure its seamless operation.As the Warehouse Management you will be in charge of Cost Management, Quality Assurance, Stock Management, Process, Reporting and the Overall Custody of all Warehouse Assets. The manager will also provide thought leadership skills by supervising and mentoring the staff ensuring that as a team you all are working to achieve one common objective.The Warehouse should be seen as your home, the way you would manage your home environment is the same diligence and care the ideal candidate would demonstrate. This entails knowing where everything is, and the ability to keep the warehouse neat and methodical, provide data that fully represents the stock, produce reports and motivate and work in-sync with your team.The ideal candidate would have had previous experience working or managing a large warehouse where you’re either a team lead, supervisor or manager where you oversaw the running of the operations in a medium to large organisation. We are looking for someone who is data-driven and methodical who can work successfully to implement a process/system that will ensure that the various sub-sections of the warehouse (Cost Management, Quality Assurance, Stock Management, Process, Reporting and the Overall Custody of all Warehouse Assets) all work together to bring out the best in not just the team but the organisation as a wholeEXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (though related disciplines are an advantage)
Minimum of 6 to 10 years’ experience in full lifecycle procurement management preferably for a large fast-growing service or trading organization with multiple procurement requirements
Any professional qualifications/certifications/memberships of Supply Chain Management, Procurement and Warehousing is an added advantage
Professional qualifications in purchasing and supplies management (Preferred)
An expert level of knowledge in Supply chain management including, but not limited to warehouse management, logistics management and procurement
Ability to quickly learn and improve systems
Technical competence in MS Office
Experience working with an ERP (Experience working with NAVISION will be an added advantage)
Strong leadership ability
Excellent written and oral communication skills

Planning and organization skills
Ability to analyse and interpret data and adequately communicate and present the findings to senior management
Decision making and judgement skills
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
