Details:

Primary target by distributor – Target vs. Achievement.
New Distributor Appointment, Vehicle Deployment plan needs to agreed and implemented by the ASM to ensure coverage happens in market.
Ensuring all brands /packs are available at the distributor point for the Sales team to sell it in the market.
The infrastructure to sell the products is available at the distributor point to ensure VSR /OSR leaves well in time and distribute the products as per the route plan.
Collections against the supplies are planned well to avoid out of stock situation & all financial transactions are agreed and cleared.
Must work in close coordination with Branch Manager and inform all market related developments if any i.e. Competition initiatives, Pricing, pack launch etc.
ASM must plan a PJP to work in the market at least half a day with SE/SR to understand the market realities and guide the SE/SR on the observations.
Must work closely with RTM / SE in charge to ensure that the placement across outlets is there in terms of A category products.

KPI:To ensure the basic discipline is there in the team to adhere to the company norms.Allocation of Monthly Primary & Secondary Targets to distributors and team.

Infrastructure Targets –
New Outlet opening.

New Distributor Appointment or area realignment.
Adding new Re distribution vehicles at distributor point to increase retail penetration.
Ensuring the availability of SKU across distributors & weekly submission of stock report.
Training and motivating the team to get better results and lead by example.
