Description:

Safety of the workforce
Development and oversee the full scope of the Human Resources and administrative department
Oversee development and monitoring of the corporate services division budget
Ensure all policies and procedures are up to date and legally compliant.
Oversee the legal department in the organization.
Review all staff salaries and make recommendations for pay rises in consultation with department heads. Implement any increases and promotions.
Maintain a succession plan for all departments
Ensure payroll is completed accurately and to deadline
Co-ordinate recruitment throughout the company through management of a recruitment team/HR team. Build relationships with recruiters, draft briefs, set up interviews where necessary. Interview senior hires when necessary
Develop and implement an annual agenda for HR& Admin strategy in line with the business plan. Ensure HR& Admin plans support the needs of the business but are also flexible enough to cope with changes in the organization, as and when they occur.
Provides information and routine guidance to management, staff, and others regarding the interpretation and application of all company policies, orientation and procedures.
Ensures all records of Pension Funds, PAYEE Tax and General Tax Records.
Enforcement of HR procedures and rules as regards Leaves, Resignations, queries, retirements, dismissals etc.
Ensures the comprehensive Staff records included staff list, emails, birthdays are kept.
Maintenance of Administration records including CAC records, Legal documents and records, NCC Records including Filling and annual returns, Company House UK records (Tax fillings and Annual Returns)
Ensures all  records including CAC records, Legal documents and records,  including Filling and annual returns, and the records of other regulatory bodies are properly kept.
Prepare and implement annual HR plan to support the overall strategic aims and objectives of Trefoil.
Identify and design strategic HR projects as at when required.
Coordinate the recruitment and selection of Trefoil workforce while reporting updates to the HCS on a regular basis
Work closely with middle and senior management, providing them with guidance on HR activities, which will include policies, processes, terms and conditions of employment, absence management, performance management etc.
Manage investigations, disciplinary and grievance matters.
Ensure that managers and staff are aware of the policies and procedures and able to operate them effectively.
Monitor and review the system of performance appraisal and continually develop as necessary, ensuring that annual appraisals are carried out in a timely manner and followed up
