Sales & Marketing Executive Team Lead, Sales & Marketing

Reports To: Team Lead S&M& Brach Manager Direct Reports: Sales & Marketing Team Job Purpose

To ensure the sales and marketing service is efficiently and effectively delivered in line with business plan expectations and that the service continuously improves to meet best practice and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Participate in researching and providing market intelligence reports regularly or as necessary.
Constantly fulfilling assigned sales targets.
Contributing to the annual sales and marketing plan.
Planning and project managing marketing events and evaluating their success.
Evaluating the effectiveness of all marketing activity.
Direct responsibility to market the company’s product.
Arranging site inspections to generate sales, manage clients and their transactions.
Update client databases.
Preparing offer letters and cheque details.
Answering queries and concerns from upset clients
Contribute in marketing communication materials to promote the Company as a brand.
Developing and implementing an internal marketing programme
Supporting the marketing manager in day to day marketing activities
Updating the assigned database.
Plan, develop and deliver campaigns as agreed within timescales

Qualification/ Person Specification

At least a B.Sc/HND in any related course
Minimum of 2 years working experience
Member of Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) will be an added advantage
Highly creative with ability to think out-of-box
Excellent command of the English language
Current on industry standards and best practices
Aware of the latest market trends and shifts, as well as projections for the future
Ability work under pressure
Must be resident in Abuja and familiar with Abuja road network
Must be familiar with the key business institutions (public & private sector) in Abuja
Previous sales & marketing experience in the bank is an added advantage
