Details:This role requires the individual to work closely with Event Manager to design conference programmes for retail events which includes identifying and confirming VIP Speakers via interviewing C-level titles of VIP Exhibitors and Dream Club.This includes support Event Manager’s with Advisory Board member recruitment, produce benefit led copy writing for scheduled marketing comms, support the sales team in recruiting sponsors, carry out interviews with key industry stakeholders for use in pre-event promotion and manage the Conference Theatre during Event delivery including match making of VIP Speakers with VIP Exhibitors and Dream Club.Responsibilities:
Research, develop and write the content of high level conference programmes
Call C-level titles of VIP Exhibitors and Dream Club to find their top 6 preferred customers and record finding’s in Salesforce and Pardot
Brief speakers and qualify presentation content and liaise and assist in editing content
Confirm Supporting Associations
Support the sale team to secure sponsorship revenues in line with targets agreed
Work closely with Marketing team to ensure effective marketing of the conference
Provide content for all marketing collateral related to the conference
Provide speaker support at the conference to ensure smooth running of the programme
Help to arrange and carry out match making between VIP Speakers and VIP Exhibitors
Work closely with Operations Manager and Event Manager on delivery of Conference related Budget
Support the Event Manager to secure Host Ministry and Event Patron for each event
Support the Event Manager in Advisory Board member & Supporting Association recruitment
Ensuring conference production processes are followed and timelines are adhered to
