Job Description
We seek a Hotel Manager/General Manager to assist with the successful and managing of this property.
This new hotel also comprises of several Food & Beverage outlets that include an all-day dining restaurant serving international and local cuisine, lounges, bars and a grill restaurant. Meeting and Banquet facilities are also included, along with a Gym, outdoor Swimming Pool, Spa and Bakery/Patisserie.
Responsibilities
The Hotel Manager/General Manager will oversee the operations of the entire hotel from the opening to the operations stage, and at the same time provide effective leadership to the hotel department heads and staff.
You will also lead in all aspects of business planning, corporate client handling and take part in new client acquisition along with the sales team.
Our client seeks an “all-rounder” who is capable of overseeing and managing all departments and working closely with department heads on a daily basis.
The ideal candidate will be a seasoned and experienced hotel manager with outstanding food and beverage management experience, management skills and extensive hands-on experience.
Requirements
To apply for this role, you must have at least 3 – 5 years of experience as Assistant General Manager or Resident Manager, with significant luxury and international experience.
Successful pre-opening / opening experience will be a distinct advantage.
Salary Between US$4,000 to US$5,000 net per month + housing, meals, transport and annual airfare.
