LOCATION: PORTHARCOURT
JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
 

 Planning and organization of entire restaurant including operations, P&L management and people.
 Leading, staffing, developing, and coaching all team members in your restaurant.
 Conflict management and risk management of all team members.
 Generate revenue using using brand standards in order to hit revenue targets. Prime cost management.
 Delivers results in line with standards and goals.
 Uphold operational standards to ensure a clean, safe work environment.
 Conduct quality assurance using all tools and process.
 Build relationships with vendors, community and neighbors.
 Ensure curated experience and service for all guests.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
 

Must have an Associates Degree or Bachelors Degree (Prefers business or hospitality degrees).
Minimum of 7 years work experience in restaurant management is required.
Must be strong in P&L computations and management
Exceptional communications skills (verbal/written) with the ability to effectively interact with both internal and external guests.
Intermediate level Microsoft Excel skills is preferred (data base extraction, filters, pivot tables, graphs).
Food Handlers and alcohol service training preferred.
Must have flexible work schedule
