Job Description
Field Engineer to maintain and support machines.
Support at least a minimum of 40 machines at various banks location.
Sign preventive maintenance forms within our agreed time frame.
Give feedback to helpdesk and operations manager after attending to an issue.
To ensure that all machines assigned are up and running and SLA is met on each machine you support.
Effective communication to the stores and refurbishment department.
Requirement
Experienced ATM Field Engineers in various machines with a minimum of 3 years experience.
