Maintenance Officer

Job Description

Responsible for making sure all assigned areas of the client’s home and/or offices are clean, neat, and tidy (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, restroom cleaning etc)
Organising and maintaining work and/or home spaces on a daily basis
Performing and documenting routine inspection and maintenance activities
Notify the client of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
Involved in Kid Care, Old People Care and Pet Care
Executing cleaning projects for one-off services
Maintaining accurate records of the corrective and preventive maintenance undertaken

Requirements

SSCE and NCE, Trade Test, OND in any field
Primary school Certificate Holder with work experience also acceptable
Age:18 – 45 years of age
Ability to communicate – written & oral skills
Must live in Lagos or Ogun State
0-3 years experience. Previous experience in Hospitality, Housekeeping, Cleaning and Maintenance is an added advantage
Ability to relate well with other people is key
Ability to care specially for Children and Old People
Personal Hygiene and Grooming is important
