Ability to improve our market share
Maintain and utilize an effective sales force
Screen and recruit in conjunction with our HR department prospective employees
Determining the training needs of our clients sales force and be able to train them
Prepare marketing resources forecasts
Develop sales force compensation system.
Qualifications
Candidates must possess a good degree in Marketing or Social Sciences from any recognized university or polytechnic and must be a professional member of NIMN.
2 – 5 Years in the Nigerian Market.
The candidate must reside in Lagos and ready to travel within the country.
