Job Summary

The Savings Sales Marketing Officer plays a pivotal role in driving deposit mobilization, expanding the customer base for savings accounts, and advocating for the organization’s savings products to meet deposit growth targets.

Oversee and execute a range of critical duties to ensure operational efficiency and project success, including developing and implementing strategic initiatives, managing cross-functional teams, and driving performance through data-driven decision-making. Monitor progress against established goals, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement corrective actions as necessary to maintain alignment with organizational objectives. Serve as a liaison between senior leadership and departmental teams to foster collaboration, streamline communication, and ensure transparency in reporting. Additionally, lead the preparation of comprehensive reports, presentations, and analyses to support executive reviews and strategic planning efforts.

Perform comprehensive market research to uncover potential business opportunities and gain strategic insights.

Compile detailed customer acquisition and performance analytics reports to track key metrics and evaluate campaign effectiveness.

Requires a Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or a related field from an accredited institution. Proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting is essential, with at least three years in a relevant role. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with ERP systems are mandatory. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are critical to interpret data and present findings effectively. The ability to work under tight deadlines and collaborate across departments is highly valued. A CPA or CFA certification is a plus, along with experience in financial modeling and risk assessment.

HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related discipline is required.

Additional experience in deposit mobilization or sales is desirable.

Able to build and maintain robust professional networks and cultivate meaningful relationships across various stakeholders.

Proven ability to convey information clearly and persuasively through both verbal and written means, along with the capacity to engage and influence diverse audiences through compelling presentations.

Compensation is commensurate with experience, with a competitive base salary and potential for performance-based bonuses.
