Job Summary

We are in search of a seasoned Production Manager to supervise daily shop floor operations and enhance production efficiency at our aluminum extrusion facility.

This position requires leadership to achieve performance objectives, enhance operational processes, and maintain rigorous compliance with safety and quality protocols.

Oversee the implementation of core duties and strategic initiatives. Provide oversight for key projects and ensure alignment with organizational objectives. Conduct regular evaluations to measure performance and identify opportunities for growth. Facilitate collaboration across departments to enhance productivity and streamline operations. Maintain accountability for deliverables while adhering to established timelines and quality standards. Serve as a liaison to senior leadership, offering insights and recommendations to support decision-making processes.

Responsible for managing and guiding daily production activities across various shifts.

Implement Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and lean manufacturing methodologies to reduce downtime and enhance equipment performance, ensuring optimal operational efficiency.

Achieve production targets consistently while minimizing waste and lowering per-unit expenditures.

Responsibilities include overseeing the planning and coordination of shift schedules, ensuring optimal workforce allocation, and maintaining high levels of production line productivity.

Ensure adherence to rigorous safety, quality, and maintenance protocols within the shop floor environment.

Collaborate closely with the maintenance, quality assurance, logistics, and planning teams to ensure seamless operations and alignment across departments.

Spearhead ongoing enhancement initiatives while ensuring strict compliance with established standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Deliver training and mentorship initiatives designed to elevate operator skills, performance, and accountability levels.

Maintain accurate documentation, compile production reports, and update performance dashboards.

Monitor raw material usage and assist in maintaining precise inventory control.

Seeking a highly motivated individual with a minimum of five years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate must possess strong analytical skills, exceptional communication abilities, and proficiency in project management tools. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or finance, is required, and advanced degrees are preferred. Familiarity with industry-specific software and regulatory compliance standards is essential. Responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams, developing strategic plans, and ensuring project deadlines are met. The candidate should demonstrate leadership qualities and a track record of driving operational efficiency.

A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a closely related technical discipline is required.

Minimum of five years of experience in production supervision or plant operations, ideally within a manufacturing setting.

Accomplished a history of driving measurable improvements in productivity, financial efficiency, and operational workflows.

Proficiency in implementing Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), the 5S methodology, and other lean manufacturing tools is required.

Possesses exceptional leadership capabilities, adept at guiding teams, and excels in clear and effective communication.

Capable of evaluating production data and deriving actionable insights to drive informed decision-making.

Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems is required, with prior experience in Odor considered advantageous.

Strong preference is shown for candidates who are willing to reside on-site in ACWA.
