Job Summary:
Team Member Windows and Enterprise Information system supports the Team Lead in ensuring the availability of all exchange servers to users, backups and general maintenance of the messaging and domain infrastructure Group-wide
Duties and responsibilities
Perform regular maintenance activities on all exchange servers and instant messaging servers including system software configuration; user account management and mailbox management, subsequent user support on Microsoft Outlook and Office Communicator Server
Management of Microsoft Office 365 premise infrastructure and Admin platform including ensuring the general uptime for Cloud Email, Lync & SharePoint
Management of incoming and outgoing email traffic, configuration and monitoring of email anti-spam/antivirus appliances
File services administration including configuring appropriate access permissions to file shares, Domain registration, renewals and redemptions
Certificate installations and configurations
Microsoft Volume Licensing Administration, Software/Product Downloads, License Use Tracking and System upgrade-path advising
Educational Qualification:
University Degree in Computer Science, Electrical and Electronics Engineering or other related degrees, including Advanced Degree or Professional Qualifications or Professional Memberships
Experience:
3 Years demonstrated in a technical role with Windows Administration experience and process delivery & tracking skills
