Job Profile The individual must be a results-driven sales executive who actively seek out and engage prospective customers. The Technical Sales Executive must be able to provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer conversion rate and profitability.The Technical Sales Executive must have exceptional organizational skills, written and verbal communication, ability to multi-task, strong desire to prospect and close new business. The candidate must be a high-performing Sales Professional with 3+ years’ experience in the ICT / software / e-learning system. He / She is required to design, develop and lead the commercial strategy in the market, grow existing client accounts to maximize revenue and profitability. The role also includes conducting market research analysis to create detailed business plans on commercial opportunities and understanding the requirements of existing customers to ensure their needs are being met. Key Responsibilities
Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
Increase revenue generation and ensure profitability of business operations.
Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
Reach out to customer leads through cold calling, through direct sales techniques, and business-to-business marketing visits
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments / branches.
Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
Continuously improve through feedback.
Research, identify, and evaluate competitors’ products, specifications, market share, sales volumes, prices, and accordingly prepare a SWOT analysis in order to develop a value-add and competitive edge in the market entry strategy.
Key Requirements:
3+ years relevant experience within a Sales function with an ICT / e-learning sector.
Minimum of bachelor’s Degree/BA or HND.
Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships.
Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
Previous experience working with schools or connection with a network related to schools and schools’ related associations (NAPPS, AMEN, APEN, etc).
Directs and apportions marketing budgets to yield ROI.
Good interpersonal skills.
Strong financial acumen.
Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
