You will be responsible for cultivating and sustaining robust client relationships to enhance our brand reputation and drive sustained profitability.

Oversee the daily operations and ensure the efficient functioning of the department, maintaining high standards of service delivery. Implement and monitor policies and procedures to guarantee compliance with organizational goals and regulatory requirements. Lead and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Develop and execute strategic plans to drive performance improvements and achieve operational excellence. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align initiatives with broader company objectives. Analyze performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed to optimize productivity and efficiency. Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate progress, challenges, and opportunities to senior leadership.

Analyze customer requirements and design comprehensive strategies to meet those needs effectively.

Proactively forge and nurture strong, mutually beneficial relationships with pivotal stakeholders within client organizations to drive sustainable business growth and profitability.

Address customer concerns with efficiency and professionalism, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolution.

Leverage available upselling and cross-selling prospects by promptly sharing them with the sales team to maximize revenue opportunities.

Elevate the effectiveness of sales initiatives, streamline supply chain operations, and enhance customer service standards to ensure superior performance across all processes.

To foster customer retention and secure contract renewals, prioritize proactive engagement to strengthen relationships and ensure long-term satisfaction.

Engage with prospective clients to cultivate meaningful professional connections, fostering trust and rapport as part of a strategic business development initiative.

Acquire a comprehensive understanding of rival companies operating within the industry.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Minimum of five years of hands-on experience in software development, with a focus on backend systems
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Go
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design principles
• Experience with distributed systems, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, or Azure), and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
• Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
• Ability to design scalable, maintainable, and secure software solutions
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset to work effectively in cross-functional teams
• Strong communication skills to articulate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

A bachelor’s degree (B.Sc. or BA) in Business Administration or a closely related discipline is required.

With a track record of success in client-facing roles, you bring demonstrated experience as a Client Relationship Manager, ensuring the cultivation and maintenance of strong, long-lasting partnerships with key stakeholders.

Proficient in customer relationship management (CRM) methodologies is required, ensuring effective interaction and engagement strategies are implemented to enhance client satisfaction and retention.

A background in sales or customer service is highly desirable.
