Evaluating, Booking, Ticketing, Refunds, etc
Prospecting, qualifying, developing, and closing sales opportunities within a defined territory
Forecasting and tracking of sales opportunities
Achieving sales targets,
Understanding industry trends, product capabilities and customer requirements,
Manages Partner Relations with Airlines – Delta, Qatar, Emirates, Kenya Airlines, etc. in terms of deals, promos, discounts, etc…
Establishing executive level, long term customer relationship for future cross-sell and up-sell opportunities/other services required. E.g. hotel, pick up, Tour packages, Local Transport, visa, insurance, etc
Ensuring customer satisfaction –
Post ticket customer service
Pre & Post Travel Customer Service
Provide daily Sales Report
Provide daily customer feedback form
Requirements:
Must be educated to a degree level in related field
Minimum of 3 years in ticketing and customer service experience within either the tourism or hospitality industry.
IATA certified, Global distribution system (GDS) experience in atleast 2 of the 3 systems (Saber, Amadeus, Galileo)
