CEO’S Personal Assistant

The candidate must have at least one to two years relevant experience and must be smart, attentive to detail, willing to learn, resilient and pay great attention to appearance.Minimum B.Sc or BA degree in a relevant field. Membership of any professional body is an advantage.
Job Duties/ Responsibilities

Maintain CEO’s appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meeting and conferences
Update CEO on the status of important corporate clients(Outstanding Proposal Schedule)
Assist the CEO in developing materials/contents
File and maintain CEO’s complimentary card database
Act as a liaison between the company and the general public
Analyze expenditures; preparation of monthly schedules
Prepare reports & presentations by collecting and analyzing information
Manage Abilonge website and social media platforms
Work closely with Abilonge consultants and vendors
Market Abilonge products and ensure publicity is increased
Design creative ways of improving the brand
Manage all Abilonge programmes and events within and outside Nigeria
Any other duty required by the CEO
A young Female Candidate would be preferred.
