Role Summary:
We are currently searching for a Physiotherapist Intern to contribute to our clinic’s client outreach initiatives. The ideal candidate will handle incoming calls and inquiries, deliver foundational information to prospective and existing clients, schedule appointments, and support social media content creation and engagement. This position provides valuable experience in both healthcare administration and digital marketing within a physiotherapy setting.
Oversee and execute critical duties including managing project timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring adherence to organizational policies and procedures. Monitor progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions as necessary to maintain efficiency and productivity. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide regular updates, and deliver high-quality results within specified deadlines. Additionally, analyze data to assess performance metrics, propose improvements, and contribute to strategic decision-making processes.
Handle incoming communications via phone and WhatsApp, promptly addressing client inquiries and ensuring timely responses to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Duties include coordinating and verifying meeting schedules to ensure all appointments are properly arranged and confirmed.
Consistently engage with potential and current clients to ensure ongoing communication and relationship management.
Oversee the clinic’s social media platforms, ensuring timely engagement by addressing messages and comments from followers.
Develop and publish compelling social media content to captivate audiences across various platforms.
Provide support in the facilitation of patient intake processes and administrative duties.
Forward clinical inquiries to licensed physiotherapists as needed to ensure appropriate guidance and resolution.
Accurately document all client interactions to ensure comprehensive and up-to-date records.
Requirements:
Earned a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
Proven ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing, while fostering collaborative relationships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
Proficient command of written English and expertise in social media platforms is required.
Proficiency in various content creation tools is advantageous.
Highly organized, proactive, and committed to delivering exceptional customer service.
