The Divisional Human Resources Manager is a business partner that is responsible for a broad range of HR responsibilities. Primary duties include: providing field operations support with employee relations, talent management planning, regulatory and company compliance, employee retention, and training/development for schools throughout the Division. In addition, the DHRM may assist or lead HR team projects.Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or equivalent in experience required
5+ years of experience as a Human Resources professional
2+ years multi-unit experience
Service sector experience preferred
Significant experience in employee relations, employment law and HR compliance
PHR/SPHR certification preferred
Capable of working with frequent interruptions and changing priorities.
Effective time management, organizational skills and ability to meet established deadlines
Must work effectively in a matrix reporting relationship with offsite HR headquarters department and with field management and line employees as part of the regional team to balance the needs and priorities of headquarters and the division.
Considerable skill in sourcing, interviewing and decision-making techniques in a high-volume recruiting environment.
Must have strong interpersonal skills, maturity and good judgment and be capable of communicating with a diverse range of individuals.
Must be able to multi-task
SALARY: 200K-400K Per month
