DutiesSchedule production personnel to perform various roles according to the company’s policies. Manages performances in plant Research and Development. Ensures that materials are on hand and coordinates with different departments. Recommends ways to reduce cost and oversee manufacturing cost. Supervise the preparation of the manufacture of products in a manner that will guarantee sensible delivery of the freshest bakery products. Conduct daily/monthly meeting and training in the areas of safety, job functions and practices of manufacturing. Constantly observes and analyzes the creation of quality records to certify compliance with Company policies and product specifications. Ensure timely delivery of all products.
Education and experience
Must have at least 5 years relevant work experience in bakery.
Must have good knowledge of the Bakery ingredients and formulations.
Able to apply managerial skills.
Excellent understand of production procedures.
Able to use the computer to prepare basic reports
Graduate with at least OND
Knowledge and Skills Requirements
Skillful in handling all baked goods for packaging and presentation properly before sending goods off to the customer.

Communicates with client’s needs clearly
Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
