Job Description
Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation
Installation of HVAC system (chiller, air condition)
Repair of malfunctioning Air conditions.
Conducting preventive maintenance on all mechanical and some electrical device.
Carryout repairs on some electrical panel of the generating set
Keeping of facility maintenance records and submitting report to the maintenance supervisor
Daily inspection to monitor facilities working effectively
Ensuring 100% cooling effect of the HVAC system
Maintenance of Lift
Attending to guest complains.
