The After Sales – ERP Associate (SAP) is responsible for ensuring the precision, comprehensiveness, and reliability of all after-sales data recorded in SAP. The position entails executing structured daily, weekly, and monthly system entries, including warranty claims, service orders, field returns, spare parts transactions, and reverse logistics activities. In addition to transactional responsibilities, the Associate will develop and maintain a performance dashboard to monitor after-sales activities, support reporting cycles, and contribute significantly to data integrity initiatives, spare parts inventory oversight, and the ongoing enhancement of SAP utilization within the after-sales department.

We are looking for a meticulous professional to oversee SAP data entry operations and transaction management, ensuring accuracy and efficiency throughout all processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining precise records, processing transactions in a timely manner, and adhering to established protocols. Proficiency in SAP software, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work under tight deadlines are essential. Execute structured SAP data entries on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, encompassing all post-sales transactions such as warranty claims, service orders, repair job cards, goods receipts, goods issues, and returns in a timely manner.

Develop and execute Service Notifications, Service Orders (CS module), and Repair Orders within SAP, maintaining precise classification, coding, and status updates throughout their entire lifecycle.

Record and manage all incoming returns and goods movements within the SAP system, encompassing material returns (MILO), transfer postings, and scrapping transactions, while ensuring complete traceability from receipt through to final disposition.

Process spare parts transactions in SAP, maintaining precise and timely recording of all inventory movements in alignment with the designated cost centers, plant codes, and storage locations.

Prepare month-end and period-close accounting entries for the after-sales function, encompassing GR/IR reconciliation, open order clearance, and stock valuation adjustments.

Ensure the accuracy of master data records, encompassing material master, service master, customer master, and equipment details, by identifying and reporting discrepancies to the system administrator for prompt resolution.

Design and ongoing administration of performance dashboards are essential responsibilities, requiring meticulous attention to detail and a deep understanding of data visualization principles. This role entails creating intuitive, user-friendly dashboards that effectively track key performance indicators (KPIs) and facilitate data-driven decision-making across departments. Proficiency in dashboard development tools, such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms, is mandatory, along with expertise in data integration, modeling, and reporting. Candidates must demonstrate strong analytical skills to interpret complex datasets and translate insights into actionable visualizations. To maintain data integrity within the after-sales team, you will establish and enforce standardized data entry protocols by creating detailed SOPs, structured checklists, and comprehensive training materials to promote consistent and precise system utilization.

Proactively detect data quality discrepancies that compromise reporting integrity and collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and execute corrective and preventive measures.

Assist in SAP system upgrades, configuration modifications, and new module implementations by executing transactional testing, verifying data migration accuracy, and maintaining detailed documentation of results.

Responsibilities include overseeing the tracking, analysis, and interpretation of key performance metrics to ensure operational efficiency and strategic alignment. The role involves generating regular reports, identifying trends or anomalies, and providing actionable insights to stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making. Monitor after-sales cost components—such as warranty expenses, repair labor, spare parts investments, and write-offs—and compile detailed reports to support Finance in maintaining precise accrual calculations.

Monitor service and repair orders to ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Turnaround Times (TAT’s), identify any violations or recurring issues, and promptly report findings to management for corrective action.

Handles spare parts management and reverse logistics operations to ensure efficient supply chain performance and asset recovery.

Oversee the complete lifecycle of spare parts transactions within SAP, encompassing purchase requisitions, goods receipts, issuances, transfers, and returns, while ensuring precise documentation of each movement.

Collaborate closely with warehouse and logistics teams to guarantee SAP reflects precise physical spare parts movements across all storage locations and plants.

Monitor defective and field return goods in SAP through the entire reverse logistics process, ensuring comprehensive documentation of custody from initial collection in the field to final resolution, which may include repair, refurbishment, scrapping, or return to the supplier.

Support the After Sales team by maintaining accurate and accessible SAP documentation for supplier warranty claims, including serial numbers, material documents, and service orders.

Analyze SAP data to detect slow-moving, excess, or obsolete spare parts inventory, then initiate escalation procedures to facilitate periodic review and disposal processes.

We oversee the procurement, organization, and tracking of spare parts to ensure operational efficiency and minimize downtime. This role involves maintaining accurate inventory records, forecasting demand, and coordinating with suppliers to secure timely deliveries. Responsibilities include conducting regular audits, identifying obsolete stock, and implementing cost-saving measures without compromising supply chain reliability.
