Executive Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities

Acting as the administrative point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients
Undertaking tasks of receiving calls, take messages and routing correspondence.
Handling executive requests and queries appropriately.
Produce reports, presentations and briefs, drafting letters and proposals.

Requirements

B.Sc/HND qualification, with 3 years work experience
Proven experience as an executive administrative assistant.
Excellent knowledge of MS office.
Ability to multitask
Strong communication skills, self-initiative, organizing and analytical skills.
