Timely processing of daily Credit card requests
Credit Card data generation, management and branch support
Credit Card profiling and maintenance of complaint log from customers through branches
Manage customer experience requirements, acquisition strategies, servicing and retention
Timely review of Unified Payment Services monthly bill for processing and payment
Investigation and Analysis of transactions on FIMI for effective support of branches.
Train and coach branches to promote, increase awareness amongst zonal/branch staff to identify business opportunities that will deepen card penetration
Prepare comprehensive report for weekly and monthly ALCO
Minimum education level – A good first degree in any disciplineA minimum of 0 – 3 years’ experience in Customer Service and Cards Unit or Related functions
