Developing and maintaining environmental management plans and systems.
Deciding on the best data collection methods.
Conducting field surveys and collecting data.
Carry out environmental investigations
Conducting lab tests on water, air and soil samples.
Writing and submitting proposals for environmental projects.
Writing technical reports and environment assessments.
Interpreting data to identify whether contamination exists in accordance with environmental laws.
Building conceptual models that identify the potential contaminant sources that could have an adverse impact on    clients’ environment.
Preparing detailed scientific reports or presentations based on their findings.
Communicating the results of their studies to management and key stakeholders.
Create presentations and training programs for staff.
Devising plans to minimise or fix environmental problems with regards to clients.
Evaluate environmental impact assessments submitted by industry and government.
