Job Summary
The Managing Director will lead the cooperative, fostering membership expansion while overseeing credit and loan functions, directing staff performance, and reinforcing financial oversight. Maintain meticulous documentation, uphold compliance standards, manage risks effectively, and ensure readiness for audits.
Cultivate meaningful connections with community members, local groups, businesses, and institutions across Cuba and its neighboring regions.
Seeking a candidate with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, along with a minimum of three years of hands-on experience in software development. The ideal applicant will possess strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++, along with expertise in database management and system architecture. Familiarity with agile methodologies, version control systems, and cloud platforms is essential. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment are required.
