Responsibility (Budget, Staff Number)
As Sales Executive, Nok360 (SE), this role is responsible for driving the sale force for all products and services deployed by Nok360 and also to drive the revenue and profitability objectives.
The person will be an experienced and passionate professional, eager to work in an evolving and dynamic environment as to act as the Sales Executive for Nok360 business. The SE will have the ability to demonstrate his/her confidence in owning his/her budget and quota, liasing and establishing an outstanding relationship with all key stakeholders, strategically important large customers in Nigeria with the aim of cross-selling the company’s portfolio.
This role is responsible for strategic partnerships and to build a portfolio of relevant local services. In close cooperation with the Business Manager and other team members, this role will generate business sales across these different sectors and regions.
This position reports to the Business Manager, Nok360.
Duties (Key Result / Tasks) The following responsibilities are applied in the defined scope: Building the services portfolio:
Assist with implementing the service / product portfolio roadmap by working with various stakeholders and ensure that all enablers are in place by working with the technical team to support the service creation, refresh and delivery.
Constantly evaluates new opportunities for growth through market research, interviews, networks, peers, competitive analysis, etc.
Tracks competitive offerings and develops the counter offerings.
Service Sales & Marketing:
Identifies business opportunities by identifying customer/consumer requirements; defining market, competitors’ share, competitors’ strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share.
Support and/or drive the relationship with the key partners.
Meet sales and financial targets for the business
Achieve sales and marketing operational objectives for the business by contributing sales and marketing information and recommendations to strategic plans; preparing and completing action plans; implementing customer-service standards; establishing pricing strategies; monitoring costs, competition, supply and demand; identifying trends; implementing changes; completing audits.
Meet sales and marketing financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual sales and marketing strategy and budget, and continuously monitoring and reporting on its achievements on a weekly, monthly and annual basis; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
Keep accounts receivables within the set limits
Develop a sales pipeline of different technology products and services that enables the company to meet its sales goals; reduce contribution of revenue from traditional VAS to less than 20%.
Regular reporting on sales activities, opportunities, threats, project progress
Ensure on-time project delivery and drive solutions-orientated efforts
Coordinate the involvement of company personnel, including service, finance, marketing and technical resources required to meet account performance objectives and customer’s expectations
Establish and maintain relationships with external entities – such as government organizations, private organizations, customers, coalitions, and business association unions – by networking, sharing information, and identifying areas of mutual interest to foster future interaction and strengthen the company position through a joint sphere of influence.
Oversee all customer inquiries and requests are appropriately responded to in a timely manner.
Prepare weekly sales and marketing reports for submission to the Business Manager, Nok360

Professional & Process Skills:
University degree in technology, marketing and/or business.
Experience in sales drive, revenue growth and strategic marketing
Broad understanding of marketing, service creation, mobile communication, internet services, media and entertainment industries, consumer electronics, experiences & solutions business.
Knowledge about key customers and competitors.
Understanding Tivas Technologies strategy and goals and how to align activities to meet them.
Relationship with other functions Work closely together with technical team and the Business manager.
