Operate and maintain pumps, compressors, reboilers, separators, and LPG/CNG loading stations efficiently and in compliance with safety protocols.
Conduct plant start-up and shutdown operations while adhering to Lockout/Ragout (LOT) procedures.
Operate fractionation towers, including euthanizes, deproteinizes, and debutantes, along with their auxiliary systems.
Monitor and refine fractionation processes from the central control room to ensure peak performance and efficiency.
Utilize gas chromatography (GC) data to ensure LPG product specifications remain compliant and consistent.
Respond promptly to emergency situations and provide critical assistance in response efforts.
