This role is for our client in the FMCG industry.
Candidate must have minmum of 7 years total experience working in the FMCG industry.
Masters/ Bachelors degree in Food science, Business, Engineering or Industrial technology or closely related field
Experience in manufacturing of respective food category and significant managerial responsibility in a manufacturing environment. Experience depends on plant size
Preferred 2+ years of experience with implementation of LEAN and/or TPM.
In-depth knowledge of plant related and overall company cost structure.
Working knowledge of Capital Investments, Engineering and Project Management.
Ability to work extended days and hours as needed due to production requirements.
Proficient computer skills, including database, spreadsheet, MRP and MS Office skills
Good knowledge of Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance aspects of the CPG business.
