Job Description
Ensures customer satisfaction by identifying and resolving customer concerns and complaints
Maintain and ensure excellent customer satisfaction and attention to detail
Establish and maintain good working relationships with customers and sales departments to encourage repeat and referral business while training, motivating, counselling, and monitoring the performance of all recondition department staff
Maintain a fast moving atmosphere between employees and customers to ensure a smooth work day and customer satisfaction
Manage the entire car wash operation and hands-on in all services offered.
Job Requirements
Minimum 2 years of supervisory or management experience in a car-wash or automotive environment
Previous mechanical experience preferred
Customer service-oriented/excellent customer service skills
Effective oral and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills
