Key Responsibilities
Drive performance management process and policies for the organisation in line with corporate and employees key performance indicators.
Develop performance scorecard for the organisation and employees and monitor implementation.
Responsible for managing organisational projects, track resources and costs.
Responsible for coordinating and monitoring the time allotted for projects and ensure timely delivery.
Review performance levels and outputs against the defined targets to sustain a high performing company.
Required Competencies
A university degree
8 years post NYSC work experience in similar role, preferably in the financial services industry
Higher qualification or professional certification in project management is required
Broad experience and knowledge in tracking performance and project
Time management and organisational skills
Remuneration N6,000,000.00 per annum
