Human Resource Business Development Manager

Job Description/Responsibilities Its not limited to the following;

Will be responsible for acquiring profitable new business and retaining existing accounts in order to increase the Company’s market share
Providing expertise and demonstrating deep understanding in HR and business development
Proven expertise as a business development manager is a plus
Strong Business Acumen
Ability to work, coordinate and manage a team
Represent the company at various meetings and presentation
Must be IT Savvy

Qualification/Experience

HND/B.Sc in Social Science, Marketing or other related discipline. PGD/M.Sc is also an advantage
Professional qualification will be an advantage
At least 5 to 7 years HR business development experience in a Human Resource Consulting company, training company or other service/product company
Proven experience in human resource and training will be an advantage.
Must be emotionally stable
