Inventory and Logistic Officer Human Resource/CS Officer

Details:This role will be responsible for all the inventory related activities within the company such as stock location and availability, replenishment control and inventory auditing. Also in charge of the accuracy of all data kept on the receiving, production, and shipment of stock.Responsibilities:

Receive delivered supplies, materials, and equipment; confirms that delivered goods match purchase order specifications of quantity, condition, model number, etc.; completes all necessary paperwork for stock items received, and forwards to supervisor.
Receives returned material stock items (items not used during production or installation); disassembles if necessary, inspects, determine suitability of material for restocking.
Creates updates on inventory software (inflow) and maintains soft copy of inventory and stock for tracking of issues, returns, receipts of new materials and associated back orders; inputs essential data on all materials handled; adheres to strict accounting procedures in this regard.
Conducts daily / weekly cycle counts of inventory materials based upon computer-monitored suggested re-order listing; assists in conducting complete physical inventory count monthly and annually.
Organizes and maintains storage areas for efficient material storage and handling; maintains labelling system on each stock item; manually stocks inventory shelving with stock items received or returned.
Maintains records and coordinates the periodic safety inspection and testing of specialized utility equipment and materials
Maintains list of suppliers and updates availability of materials through regular interaction with them; updates list with new supplier, new prices and new materials of interest.
Minimize or Reduce material wastage
Ensure finished products are stored properly and safely delivered to the warehouse
Proper documentation of movement from factory to warehouse and vice versa.
Performs related duties as required.

RequirementsEducation:Relevant degree and/or equivalent Logistics working experience.Professional Experience:Relevant working experience of at least 3 years.Professional Requirements:

Excellent organizational skills in highly complex emergency operation
Able to ensure qupoken French and Englishick quality delivery in stressful environment

Excellent ability to establish inter-personal relations and good negotiation skills
Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
