Job Summary

We are currently looking for proactive and energetic NYC Corps Members to fill the role of Sales Representatives within our Sales and Marketing team.

The ideal candidates will drive product promotion and marketing initiatives, cultivate high-quality leads, and contribute to the expansion of overall sales performance.

Oversee the execution of core duties, including managing daily operations, ensuring adherence to company policies, and fostering a productive work environment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies with organizational goals, while monitoring performance metrics to drive efficiency and continuous improvement. Develop and implement policies to maintain compliance with industry regulations and internal standards. Provide leadership in problem-solving and decision-making processes, offering guidance to team members to optimize workflows. Serve as a liaison between senior management and operational staff, facilitating clear communication and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Additionally, analyze data to identify trends, mitigate risks, and recommend actionable solutions to enhance operational effectiveness.

Proactively engage in outreach efforts to introduce and advocate for the company’s products among potential clients, fostering awareness and driving interest in the offerings.

Proactively seek out and engage prospective clients to cultivate and expand sales prospects.

Educate clients about the features, advantages, and pricing structures of our products.

Foster strong customer relationships to promote recurring business opportunities.

Strive to meet or exceed predetermined sales quotas and key performance benchmarks set for your role.

Gather and analyze insights regarding customer requirements, market dynamics, and competitor strategies to deliver informed recommendations.

Help drive promotional initiatives, marketing campaigns, and on-site marketing activities to maximize brand visibility and engagement.

Diligently document and communicate daily sales performance metrics to ensure accurate record-keeping and transparent reporting.

The ideal candidate must possess a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, along with a minimum of three years of professional experience in a similar role. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools is essential, along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and organizational skills are required to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Additionally, the candidate should demonstrate a proven track record in project management and the ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards. Knowledge of current trends and best practices in the field is also necessary to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

Must possess current enrollment in the National Youth Service Corps (NYC) program.

Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, coupled with a talent for fostering positive professional relationships.

Demonstrates a proactive approach to continuous learning and thrives in environments governed by clear performance objectives and measurable outcomes.

Demonstrated capacity to function autonomously as well as collaborate effectively within a team setting.

Proficiency in sales, marketing, or customer service is beneficial.
